Come home to each other.

One whole day, just the two of you. Nowhere to be, nothing to prove, only time to soften and find each other again.

A day to put everything else down and turn, fully, toward each other.

Of course you still love each other. Perhaps you have just stopped reaching.

Maybe the days blur together, and you move through them side by side without really touching. Maybe you have become more roommates than lovers, managing a life instead of sharing one. Maybe the desire is still there, only buried under everything you carry. Or maybe nothing is wrong at all, and you simply want to feel it fully again, to reignite the eros and really live into the love you promised each other.

You do not need to be broken to want this. You only need to want each other. That is what this day is for.

Two ways in

Where are you starting from?

Couples come to this from different places. Choose the doorway that sounds like you.

Rekindle

For two people who love each other and want to feel it in their bodies again. To bring back desire, play, and delight, and remember how good it is to be alive together.

Reconnect

For two people who have drifted into parallel lives and want to find their way back. To soften what has hardened, and remember the person beside you.

The space

Held in a place made for this.

The day unfolds in a private temple and garden in the sacred Ojai Valley, tended with care. Candlelight and flowers, quiet rooms, old oaks, and warm water. Everything is prepared before you arrive, so that once you are here, there is nothing to do but be together.

Leaving your own rooms and routines is part of it. Away from the patterns of daily life, the roles you fall into loosen, and you get to meet each other new.

The shape of the day

Structured, so you can let go.

We begin before the day itself, with a preparation call to meet, hear where you are, and set your intentions together. Beforehand, you receive a set of relationship inquiries to explore between you, so the opening begins before you even arrive.

On the day, you are welcomed and settled. We open slowly, with simple rituals and heart-opening practices that bring you into presence with each other. Then comes a long, spacious stretch of held time, quiet and unhurried, where the real deepening happens, and I guide and tend the field the whole way through. There is private, unhurried time for just the two of you, to be close in whatever way feels alive. We close together, with reflection and a nourishing meal. Some days are held overnight, with rest in the space and a gentle integration morning.

A week or two after, we meet again on a call, to help what opened find its way into your daily life.

Couples tend to leave softer and closer, carrying a felt memory of each other and a few simple ways to keep turning toward one another once the day is over.

How I work

By invitation, held with care.

This work is offered by invitation, to couples who are ready and well-suited for it. Every couple begins with a conversation and a simple screening, so we both feel the fit before anything is scheduled. I hold this work with devotion and steadiness, and with clear care for your safety and your bond.

Most days are held in a private temple and garden. I also travel, and can bring the work to your home or another place where you feel safe.

Investment is offered on a sliding scale, and shared when we connect.

A day like this can open a great deal between two people. It is not couples therapy, and it cannot fix or save a relationship on its own. What it offers is time, presence, and a doorway. What you do with it is yours.

About your guide

Meet Sara.

I come to this work as a social-worker-trained facilitator, a mother, and a lifelong mystic. For more than twenty years I have sat with people in truth, tenderness, and transformation, through crisis support, trauma-informed care, somatic and relational practice, and expanded-state work. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and am a graduate of the Vital facilitator training, with grounding in preparation, expanded-state work, and integration.

With couples, my work is to hold and guide the energetic field of the day, moment to moment. I read what is moving between you, set the pace, and help you move through whatever rises rather than around it, so the two of you can go further than you would on your own. I stay steady so that you can let go.

“We came after our third baby in five years. We had poured everything into our children and had almost nothing left for each other. That day, we felt more present together than we had in almost our whole relationship, the way we were in our early dating days, lying in bed on a Sunday with nowhere to be. Over a decade later, we remembered that feeling. We still talk about that day, and we keep carving out time to find our way back to that feeling. The hard part is protecting that time, but we are trying. To any couple on the fence, just do it. You will feel more present than you ever have.”

A couple, together more than a decade

Before you reach out

Questions couples ask.

Is this couples therapy?

No. This is ceremonial and relational work, not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for them. If you need clinical support, I will say so honestly and help you find it.

What is expected of us?

Nothing is required, and nothing is performed. There is private, unhurried time, and what happens in it is entirely yours. Closeness is welcome if it arises, and completely optional. You set the pace, always.

How private is this?

Deeply. The work is held quietly and by invitation. Your names and your story stay between us, and nothing is ever shared.

What if one of us feels more ready than the other?

That is common, and it is okay. We talk it through in the preparation call, and no one is pushed. You each arrive at your own pace.

We are nervous. Is that normal?

Almost everyone is. A little nervousness usually means it matters. We begin slowly, and I hold the container so you do not have to.

Who is this not for?

This is not couples therapy or crisis care, and it cannot carry a relationship in acute distress on its own. If we are not a fit, I will tell you kindly and point you toward what might serve you better.

If this is calling to you.

Tell me a little about you and your relationship, and what is drawing you here. I read every note, and I will be in touch.
