Good Medicine Media

A communications partnership for retreat centers, clinics, and practitioners doing mission-driven psychedelic care.

Start a conversation

We work with a few organizations at a time.

We're in a new era of psychedelic medicine, one where the therapies once confined to underground rooms and controlled trials are becoming public, regulated, and available. That shift creates real opportunity, and real challenge. The story of what these medicines are, and who they're for, is being written right now: in the press, in policy rooms, in the minds of donors and clients.

Unlike lab-based research or policy debate, you work directly with clients, building real-world protocols for safety, ethics, personal and community growth, and long-term healing. You're the ones doing it.

You should be the voice people hear.

We help operators who are doing this well be clear voices in the field, before that space gets defined by whoever has the biggest ad budget instead of the deepest practice.

We help the ones doing it well get heard before the loudest voices define the field.

What we do together

Five parts of one engagement, run by the two of us, start to finish.

Listen

Before anything else, we listen: to where you are now, where you're headed, and what's in the way. Through conversations about your mission, structure, and goals, we build a shared priority map: what matters most, in what order, on what realistic timeline. It's the foundation everything else gets built on.

Position

We get who you are into words. A founder positioning kit with bio, talking points, and message discipline. A clear plan for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, where much of this field's real conversation happens. And a sharp articulation of what makes you distinct, including how you hold access, reciprocity, and who this work is truly for.

Connect and Place

Op-eds, news and feature editorial, podcasts, and conference stages, chosen for close alignment with your organizational goals. We place you inside the field, in the outlets your peers and funders read, and well beyond it, in the general-interest media where the wider public is paying attention. We handle the pitches, the relationships, the prep, and the follow-through, so being heard feels less like a lottery and more like a plan. We make warm introductions to the people worth knowing: journalists and podcast hosts, collaborators, funders, and fellow operators. This is some of the highest-leverage work we do.

Prepare

A placement is only as good as what you do with it. We prepare you for the room: media training and talking points, how to hold your ground in a hard interview, how to say the one true thing when it counts. By the time you're on the record, you'll know exactly what you came to say.

Convert

Attention only matters if it turns into something. A wave of new interest is wasted if it lands on a site that can't hold it. We build the messaging, website, and email systems that turn interest into clients, donors, and durable revenue: a copy pass on the pages that count, welcome and nurture sequences, and conversion work grounded in decades of doing exactly this. This is where being seen becomes being supported, and good work becomes work that lasts.

How we work

Three months, then an honest conversation.

We begin with a focused first three months. Long enough to do real work and to see whether we are right for each other, with weekly working sessions and clear deliverables at every stage. At the end we take stock together: what is working, what you need more of, what you need less of, and whether it makes sense to keep going. From there we continue month to month, scaled to what the work actually needs.

We keep our list short on purpose. This is hands-on work, and you will always be working with the two of us directly, never handed to a junior team or a reporting dashboard. We do not take every organization that asks, and we will tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

A focus on access and reciprocity.

We have a genuine commitment to access and reciprocity. We want to work with organizations widening that door: sliding scale and scholarship, honest relationships with the traditions and lands this work comes from, real care for the people who make it possible.

When you are doing that work, we make sure it is heard. We know how to tell that story, and we put it near the front rather than in the fine print. It shapes who we take on, and it shapes what we help the world see.

The work was never only about symptoms. It is about coming back: to yourself, to each other, to the world that made you.

Messaging, systems, and conversion

Sara is a clinical social worker with a background in national policy, and she's spent the past decade in digital marketing and communications, building messaging, campaigns, and systems for mission-driven organizations. She's also a trained psychedelic facilitator, holding a certificate from the VITAL program at Psychedelics Today. That combination, clinical grounding, policy fluency, and a decade of conversion work, is what she brings to the messaging, funnels, and systems she builds for clients.

Together we work with organizations we care about, in a field we're deeply invested in.

It starts with a conversation.

No proposal, no obligation, no pitch deck. Just a call to see whether we understand what you are building, and whether we can help.

We read every inquiry ourselves.

Thank you.

We have your note, and we will be in touch shortly to find a time to talk.
